You order will ship within 5-7 business days of your purchase.  

This depends on the shipment method selected.  However in general, packages shipped to addresses on the eastern states will arrive within 1-3 days of shipping.  

Packages shipped to the western states will arrive within 5-7 days.  

First, check your tracking number to see if delivery was attempted or happened. Sometimes carriers mistakenly deliver packages to the wrong address.  If it is marked as delivered, but you did not receive your package, first contact the carrier.
